What we believe

We have a different company culture at Arch Nexus. Because we are employee-owners, we all have a personal stake in the success of our clients and of our company. We are committed to creating a company environment that is looking out for the interests of all of our stakeholders; clients, employees, and the community.

The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a retirement plan funded entirely by the company which invests in company stock. This plan allows employees to become employee-owners in the company, which allows participation in the success of the company while helping to build a more secure future for ourselves and for our families. In 2019 we completed the journey to become 100% employee owned.

At Nexus we have a sense of ownership and we understand the risks and rewards of owning a business. That means we worry about the little things and we focus on quality because we know that delivering a successful project for our clients leads to success for all of us. We keep an eye on how we spend our money and we understand the impact our services can have on your bottom line.
