Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our progressive and growing firm. Now is the time to embrace this opportunity to direct your career. This position is for a designer to create graphic content that inspires trust in our audiences, strengthens our company brand, and entices cooperative action. Candidates must enjoy working in a collaborative environment, have confident communication and design skills, as well as be a self-starter and problem solver. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation of graphics for marketing proposals, infographics, presentation content, and other promotional material.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a collaborative studio
  • Proficient with Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Confident developing creative content that works within established graphic guidelines
  • Comfortable receiving and incorporating critical feedback
  • Ability to work quickly and meet demanding deadlines

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or other related field
  • Experience working in the AEC industry
  • Experience with color management and printing workflows
  • Experience managing asset libraries
