Intermountain Medical Office Building – Murray, Utah

The South Pavilion Medical Office Building will anchor the Intermountain Medical Center campus at the south end with office space for specialty physicians at levels 2 through 9, and retail space for dining, banking, and other campus services at the ground floor. The exterior is designed to compliment the new Intermountain Medical Center campus and includes the use of tan GFRC, blue glass curtainwall, and silver metal panel materials.

Shared waiting areas have expansive views to the Oquirrh Mountains to the west, while physicians’ offices are oriented with views of the Wasatch Range to the east. The tenant space is wide open without shafts or service rooms, allowing the utmost flexibility for laying out the physicians’ suites.
