Paradigm Medical Office Buildings 1 & 2 - University of Utah Research Park, Salt Lake City, Utah

These two buildings are designed to provide modular laboratory and office facilities for up to six separate research activities/lease spaces in each. Each building is a 90,000 square foot multi-tenant laboratory/office building being constructed in the University of Utah Research Park. The exterior skin is a combination of high performance glass vision panel and a brick veneer panel system with architectural concrete accents and entry arches. The three-story buildings contain a combination of open and closed office space with building systems to accommodate general and research laboratory functions.
