One Sandy Center - Sandy, Utah

A group of physicians decided to break away to from a freestanding health center/surgery center in suburban Salt Lake City, and in cooperation with the developer and a competing hospital chair, the One Sandy Center, a five-story, 112,000 S.F. medical office building, was developed and designed by Architectural Nexus to be located in the downtown of Sandy, Utah. The result is a co-mingled surgery center, physician office environment, and a business office center. The building will house medical offices associated with the surgical center as well as other professional offices.
