Enterprises Warehouse and Distribution Center -- Provo, Utah
Architectural Nexus designed this 221,000 square foot warehouse
and distribution facility on a design-build fast track schedule.
The facility includes: a 164,000 square foot, high bay (30 ft.
clear) warehouse area; a 31,000 square foot mezzanine for packaging;
and a 26,000 square foot offices and distributor order area
where some $45 million in product are tracked and billed every
month. Some of the special features of the center include a
fully integrated communications system with computer interface
for telemarketing, ordering, packaging, shipping, and billing
processes.
