Ellen Eccles Theatre and Bullen Fine Arts Center -- Logan, Utah

Architectural Nexus provided services to restore the 1920's Ellen Eccles Theatre located in downtown Logan, Utah. The restoration included updating the historical auditorium, and replacing the performance systems for rigging, lighting, and sound. This facility also included renovations for the following: Stage, green room, individual dressing rooms, chorus dressing rooms, staging area/workshop, rehearsal hall, management offices, orchestra pit, furnishings, signage, decorative painting, ticket services, marquee, projection room, orchestra-level seating for 814, orchestra pit/pit lift system, mezzanine (seats 508) and backstage storage.

Architectural Nexus also took the facility adjacent to the historic theatre and designed the Bullen Fine Arts Center. The new facility includes conference rooms, luncheon and dinner gathering spots, an art gallery, presentation and meeting areas, and pre- and post-performance reception rooms as well as creates access to and from the theater.

The Ellen Eccles Theatre and Bullen Fine Arts Center received the Heritage Award from the Utah Heritage Foundation in 1992.
