Helaman Halls Student Housing - Brigham Young University -- Provo, Utah

Helaman Halls is an undergraduate, single-student residence hall complex at Brigham Young University. The complex consists of eight existing buildings, which are in the process of being completely remodeled. Changes include; all new mechanical and electrical systems and a seismically designed exterior skin of precast concrete and veneer brick. Six of the eight buildings, Budge Hall, David John Hall, Chipman Hall, Stover Hall, Merrill Hall and Hinckley Hall, have been completed. Budge and Hinckley Halls are completely handicap accessible including new four-stop elevators. Each 47,940 s.f. building houses 134 students and has or will cost approximately $5,000,000 per building to remodel.
