Powder Run Condominiums, Deer Valley - Park City, Utah

This project was the fifth luxury condominium complex designed by our firm in the Deer Valley/Park City area. Thirty-three 1,500 S.F., 2-bedroom units have been designed on three levels in three separate buildings at the base of the Snow Park Lodge in Deer Valley. The structural system is basically a post and beam system using round log columns in keeping with the Deer Valley visual character. Major views from the units on the west face through angled windows avoid a parking lot view and concentrate on the ski slopes. The condos also include parking stalls for up to 33 vehicles.
