The Village at Riverwoods - Provo, Utah

The Village at Riverwoods condominium project includes 142 upscale residences available in 38 floor plan variations. Eleven unique building configurations include thirty-three multi-level Townhomes, fourteen Loft Style Homes above retail shops, and ninety-five Single Level Homes. Located at the mouth of Provo Canyon, the development offers convenient access to recreation, shopping, entertainment and Brigham Young University. Included on the project team is Field Paoli Architects of San Francisco and collaboration with consultants throughout the western United States. This project was awarded the "Envision Utah award 2001" for the progressive design and occupancy/use mix, the "Governor's Quality Growth Award 2001 - Envision Utah Grand Achievement for Planning and Implementation" as well as "Large Private Project of the Year 2001" - Intermountain Contractor Utah.
