Residence Hall 4 & 5 - Westminster College -- Salt Lake City, Utah

The new Westminster College residence hall complex provides housing for a total of 306 students in three separate buildings. Each of the three dormitories houses 102 students. Each $3.6 million unit contains 6 private rooms with a shared living area and kitchen. Our interiors department created a warm residential feel using durable commercial interior finishes within a limited budget. Included in each residence hall, is a computer room, recreational facilities and teaching spaces. This project was completed on a fast track schedule.
