Wyview Student Family Housing, Brigham Young University -- Provo, Utah

The new Wyview Student Family Housing complex at Brigham Young University includes 426 student family apartments in 30, three-story buildings which house two and three-bedroom apartments. Nexus master planned the 21-acre site to accommodate traffic and pedestrian flow as well as striving to create a pleasing interior courtyard community for the user groups. The complex has a maintenance building, a multipurpose building, a remodeled central laundry facility, a convenience store, and a management office.
