United States Department of Labor Job Corps Dormitory -- Clearfield, Utah

Our firm was commissioned by the Department of Labor to masterplan and design the Clearfield, Utah Job Corps Student Housing. Nexus masterplaned the Job Corps site for five, 54,900 square foot, two-story student housing facilities. Each $6.5 million facility has advanced security features and houses 272 students along with supervisor quarters, and recreation areas. Our interiors department researched specific materials that provides a comfortable and "home-like" atmosphere yet is durable enough to withstand any potential vandalism.
