Myriad Genetics, University of Utah Research Park - Salt Lake City, Utah

Architectural Nexus designed all phases of this new, three-story, building with a total of 133,966 S.F. The facility is located in the University of Utah Research Park and contains corporate offices and laboratory spaces. The ultimate goal of the laboratory facility is to identify possible cures for various cancers by gene alteration therapy.

Phase III, now in Schematic Design, is a 50,000 S.F. addition to the facility consisting of laboratory space and administrative areas.
