A public-private partnership between Hill Air Force Base and Sunset Ridge Development Team (SRDP) to provide office and retail amenity space for the Base and it’s private industry partners. This Enhanced use lease partnership gives the military the ability to lease property on military installations for use by the private sector. Through this public-private cooperation, value can be unlocked for both the military and private sector developers. SRDP works with the Air Force at Hill AFB to plan, design, construct and operate a development that will support approximately 2 million square feet of offices, and commercial space. The project meets Anti-Terrorism Force Protection criteria (ATFP) because of the adjacency to the base. Aerospace industry partners and off-base military functions are housed here.
