Laboratory Projects:

Intermountain IMC Core Lab

The new Core Laboratory for the Urban Central Region of Intermountain Health Care was designed to augment laboratory capabilities to better meet the needs of the Intermountain Health Care system of hospitals and clinics. The initial two story 40,000 S.F. facility includes some shelled space which can be expanded to as much as 67,500 GSF, without relocating departments/teams. Even if this 68% expansion were to occur, every team would have contiguous access to expansion space, eliminating costly relocations or disruptions in the expansion process.
