Our Salt Lake City office at Architectural Nexus is excited to welcome a vibrant and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. This role is at the heart of our office, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, and clients, and providing essential support to keep our operations running smoothly. From greeting guests with a warm smile to managing daily administrative tasks, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, brings a professional and positive attitude, and is ready to contribute to the success of our team at Architectural Nexus.

Responsibilities:
Cheerfully greet visitors, colleagues, and clients
Follow protocols for guest access in the office
Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel
Sort and distribute mail
Maintain company calendar
Order office supplies
Order food for lunch provided office meetings
Arrange and communicate travel itineraries
Assist with scheduling conference rooms, company vehicles, and office equipment
Other general clerical duties
Additional duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Must be punctual and maintain regular attendance
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional demeanor and presentation
Experience managing calendars
Strong verbal and written communication
Reception/administrative assistance experience required
Experienced with travel coordination
Experience with event planning a plus
Experience working in a professional services office (architecture, engineering, legal, etc.) a plus
Experience with Canva, Microsoft Planner, or other communications platforms a plus
