Cornerstone at Cottonwood Corporate Center has been designed with materials and detailing that reflect enduring quality commensurate with the other buildings on the campus, while being distinctly different in character. The simple palette of materials compliments the sculptural building forms and includes sandstone complimented with metal panels and aluminum framing with high-performance glass. The lobby is grand and gracious, a space where the line between art and architecture is blurred, and the materials selections and artwork are unmatched. Cornerstone will ultimately include two Class A office buildings connected by a curvilinear three-story lobby, totaling 268,000 rentable S.F. and structured parking for 850+ cars. Phase I opened in summer 2015, while Phase II is in the Design Development phase, with construction expected to start in early 2016. The project is anticipating LEED Gold Certification.
