Cornerstone at Cottonwood Corporate Center

Laying at the foothills of the Utah Mountains, Cornerstone at Cottonwood Corporate Center utilizes quality materials and attentive detailing to create cohesion among campus buildings while reinforcing their distinct characteristics. The simple palette of materials compliments the sculptural building forms and includes sandstone, metal panels and aluminum framing with high-performance glass. Cornerstone includes two office buildings connected by a curved three-story lobby. The lobby is grand, a space where the line between art and architecture is blurred. Phase 2 of this project is LEED Gold Certified for the Core and Shell criteria, ensuring employees are operating in a workspace that is healthy for both them and the environment.
