University Place is a re-imagined shopping mall in Orem, Utah that features a mix of higher density multi-tenant housing, retail office and open space. The developer owns a large regional mall with acres of surface parking. U Place is a dense live, work, play environment serving the young and highly educated population of Utah County. This five-story office building on the southeast corner and the multi-family residential on the north end of the site are the first buildings to rise from the old mall site. Much of the existing mall building has been repurposed into the reimagined site. People will now be able to live, work, shop and play without a car trip.
