Syracuse Utah Liquor Store

The new DABC Liquor Store in Syracuse Utah was the first of several stores to implement the updated Program Prototype. This 12,000 square foot store draws its organization and design from multiple sources. Located on a unique and somewhat challenging site, the building shape and exterior materials respond to the overall mission of the DABC and the products it represents, while also working with Syracuse City Development Guidelines and Standards. The overall organization of the store was designed to balance display, staff and warehouse areas in a way that responds to local demographics in terms of product mix and sales points. The building interior strives to provide a more enhanced atmosphere / environment and improved customer experience thru the upgrade of construction materials, daylighting, product displays, information systems, way finding, and overall ambiance and character.
